Our Leadership Model

A Leadership Model is a ‘how-to’ framework, a toolkit or a process for learning, applying, and adapting leadership for given groups, organizations, or situations. It should apply to all, and be used as a communication tool to develop and motivate people in the organization, as it is the tangible expression of company values, vision and ambition. Accordingly, ethio telecom adapted the following Leadership Model that contains six (6) prioritized leadership behaviors for all employees; i.e.

  2. Committed,
  3. Empowered,
  4. Foresighted,
  5. Cooperation,
  6. Sincerity

 

Our Management Charter

A Management Charter is a manifesto which lists the core set of behaviors that all managers should adopt in order to build and reinforce a corporate culture. It is for managers and encompasses their specific job of managing. Accordingly, ethio telecom adapted the following Management Charter that contains five (5) prioritized managerial key roles and ten (10) principles for all management members; i.e.
