TExA commenced providing training in face-to-face & digital blended method as of January 3, 2020, as part of its effort to deliver its training in a more efficient and effective manner.

The newly launched blended training method enables trainers to attend part of their training digitally/online from their office and the rest, through face-to-face method minimizing the off-the-job training duration in half.

The blended training method enables to;

  • deliver training in harmony with the operation
  • minimize lost working time and potential output from employee
  • provide cost & time efficient training
  • encourage employees to take ownership of their capacity development
  • be part of the modern digital era in training delivery method

Accordingly, the academy has successfully delivered the face-to-face part of the first blended training (Embracing Our Shared Leadership Culture) for target trainees following their successful accomplishment of the online training.

The training was attended by 42 trainees drawn from various work units out of which more than half of them were female.
