Telecom Excellence Academy conducted a certification program for 121 training facilitators and conducted its first half of the 2012 budget year performance review from 3rd-4th March 2020.
During the opening remark Ato Ayele Adugna, Chief Telecom Excellence Academy Officer said he is pleased that the Academy trained 9,991 employees and achieved 115% of its target of training delivery performance.
Out of the 121 certified training facilitators, four Ethio telecom top management members have received their certificate from Ato Ayele Adugna while the rests received their certificate from the top management officials.
During the closing message, Ato Aynalem Albene, Chief Fleet & Facility Officer of Ethio telecom has called upon all training facilitators from Technical, Commercial, Leadership & Management & Transversal programs to align training deliveries with the telecom business operation.
Finally, the training facilitators have pledged to help Ethio telecom in its effort to develop a people-oriented learning organization with the necessary discipline.
